Someone gave us a copy of "Wondrous Love" as a goodbye gift nearly a year ago. As soon as the first song, "Jehovah," began to play, we were all amazed. The voices blend in such beautiful harmony that no accompaniment was needed. The friend who gave us the CD mentioned that the family was killed in an accident not long ago, and when I heard the "No More Tears" medley I burst into tears. To hear them singing about rejoicing in heaven--what a reunion day!--and know they got their wish was awing. I personally am so grateful they left such a beautiful legacy of music for us to enjoy. At times I have imagined a different harmony in my mind than the one sung for the melody, but immediately I always realize I would not change a thing. I have treasured each song on this CD and would love to hear more songs by this talented family. I had not realized until looking them up just now that they were plain people, but knowing this does not change anything; in fact, it makes listening even more special. God bless the testimony they left behind! "Wondrous Love" is a worthwhile investment because of its soundly scriptural texts, well-executed harmony, and high recording quality. It has blessed me tremendously and will touch you too.
