Page 379, under the topic, “Jewelry,” has this quotation from Clement of Alexandria:

“The wearing of gold and the use of softer clothing is to be entirely prohibited. Irrational impulses must be curbed.”
This should be changed to read: “The wearing of gold and the use of softer clothing is not to be entirely prohibited, but irrational impulses must be curbed.”
(The word in bold was accidentally omitted.)
